A new report claims that Jessica Biel is so worried that Justin Timberlake will stray that she’s demanding a “fidelity” clause in their pre-nup and more!

Jessica Biel, 29, and Justin Timberlake, 31, got engaged over the holiday season after dating on and off for four years, and they already have major issues: one being Justin’s cheating! She wants to be reassured through a fidelity clause that if he isn’t loyal, she gets compensated at least $500,000!

A source from Star said Justin is offering a cash settlement that has NO fidelity clause or alimony, but “Jess won’t budge.”

In addition to the clause, she wants to hold off on having children until she feels comfortable in trusting Justin’s faithfulness. She thinks if she were to have children and get fat, he might cheat.

They aren’t even married yet, but the source says Jess is pushing Justin to attend a pre-marriage workshop, even though he doesn’t want to go!

Justin’s rep is calling BS on the reports, saying that it is “not true”.

Ever since rumors started swirling about Justin Timberlake proposing to his longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel, we have been waiting for confirmation from the couple.

Well we have finally received that confirmation, but it doesn’t come from either The Social Network star or the New Year’s Eve star. Rather, it comes from Timberlake’s grandma!

Although he had asked her not to talk about the engagement “until after the holidays,” Sadie Bomar told Gossip Cop, “He called me on Christmas Day and told me he’s engaged.”

If there’s any question about whether or not Biel will be welcomed into the family with open arms, Bomar assures “the family loves Jessie… she’s a very sweet girl.”

Sources told Us Weekly that Timberlake, 30, popped the question to Biel, 29, during their annual vacation to Jackson, Wyoming.

They were first linked in 2007, but broke up for a few months in 2011. When they got back together, sources say “they had a conversation about taking the next step.”

During the time they split, it was evident they still had love for each other, as Timberlake told Vanity Fair “She is the single-handedly most significant person in my life. In my 30 years, she is the most special person, okay? … I don’t want to say much more, because I have to protect things that are dear to me – for instance, her.”
